This form is only for Members of the SWD to create new passwords! In the past, we used the Society Members-Only Area password and had the Society system validate it behind the scenes, but this is no longer available.
If you’ve successfully logged in since April 29, 2006, your Society password was automatically encrypted and stored in the SWD Database. If so, do not use this form! It won’t work! Instead, Log In and Edit your Supplemental SWD Data to change your password (coming soon).
When you use this form, your selected password will be encrypted and stored, but you will not be able to Log In until you respond to the Confirmation E-Mail. This e-mail will be sent to the E-Mail Address that’s on file for the BHS Member ID# that you enter here. This is for your protection. If you have no e-mail address on file, or it’s no longer active for whatever reason, contact your Chapter Secretary, Quartet Contact, or the SWD Secretary (the latter only if you’re a Frank Thorne Chapter member).
*If you don’t know these, look on the front of your BHS Membership Card. If you misplaced your card, contact your Chapter Secretary or Quartet Contact in person for this info. If you misplaced your card and you’re a Frank Thorne Chapter Member who’s not in a Quartet, contact the SWD Secretary.
